Please print out the order confirmation and enclose it with the parcel (alternatively, you can also enclose a note with the order number) so that the electronics can be matched to your order in our incoming goods department. This prevents longer processing times.
Explanation:
You send us the defective electronics and receive the repaired and tested electronics back as quickly as possible.
Our aim is to repair and return the electronics delivered to us on the same day.
Please be sure to enclose a small note with a brief description of the fault and the machine type in the parcel.
Procedure:
Carefully pack your removed electronics first in foil and then in a box.
It would be helpful if you included a brief description of the fault.

Tip: If possible, send the electronics as a parcel and not as a small package. If you send it as a parcel, there is no tracking and tracing and insurance in the event of loss is not guaranteed.
We will repair and refurbish your electronics and send them back to you by return post.
Return shipping is included in the price (within Germany).
