why we repair:
By repairing your remote control, it will remain functional for several years. You don't have to buy a new remote control and set it up. You help to save valuable resources by repairing it.
How we repair:
you send us your faulty remote control and receive the repaired and tested remote control back as quickly as possible. Our aim is to repair and return the remote controls delivered to us on the same day. Please enclose a small note with a brief description of the fault and the model designation (e.g. Bose 550) in the parcel. Please also include the order confirmation or a note with the order number. This prevents longer processing times.
How we receive your parcel:
Carefully wrap your remote control in foil and then put it in a box. It would be helpful if you could include a brief description of the fault.

Tip: If possible, send the remote control as a parcel and not as a small package. If you send it as a parcel, there is no tracking and tracing and insurance is not guaranteed in the event of loss. We will repair and overhaul your phone and send it back to you by return post. The return postage is included in the price (within Germany). *If the remote control cannot be repaired, we will refund the purchase price minus the costs incurred up to that point (normally no more than 25 euros).
